All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Out of stock items: If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and you will have the option for refund with store credit for those items.

Pre-order items: Will be processed with 2-3 business day upon arrival of stocks

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sambal Gamik is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Third-party courier services

We attempt to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but are unable to guarantee delivery within a specific time frame. The following times are an indication of average delivery times.

Malaysia: 3-7 business days

Rest of the world*: 4-15 business days

Your order may take significantly longer to arrive if you live in a remote or regional area.

There may be some delay in delivery of orders placed during peak trade periods.

Delivery Condition

Post office boxes: Please note that we cannot deliver to a post office box address.

Receiving your order:  Please note that you will have to sign for your order. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the postal carrier will provide a notification card advising you of the local Post Office from which you can collect your order. Delivery is subject to the terms of the relevant postal service. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ordersambal@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
